  • Our Ring Size Guide has instructions to help you measure your size at home. We also offer complimentary ring sizers with a small shipping fee.

  • Please allow 5 business days to process and pack your orders that are ‘Ready to Ship’. If the item is 'Made to Order' there will be an estimated timeline of completion in the product description. Most ‘Made to Order’ pieces will be made and shipped within 3 weeks.

    If you are ordering something as a gift and need it by a certain date, please contact me and I will do my best to accommodate your request.

  • Please note that when placing an order to a destination outside of the UK, you may be required to pay duties and taxes on top of your shipping fee. We are not responsible for these additional charges.

    Shipping and duties are non-refundable. If you deny your parcel from your local shipping provider, we are unable to offer a refund or store credit.

  • In an attempt to reduce our carbon footprint, we do not include paper invoices in our packages. The only receipt of purchase you will receive is the initial confirmation email, with your order number.

  • If you need an item by a certain date, we will do our best to accommodate you. Made to order pieces will always require a minimum turnaround time of 5 business days. Please send us an email at hello@anonomajewellery.com to explain your situation.

  • We accept returns if notified with 5 days after you receive your order. You may return your piece for an exchange or shop credit. Returns on products purchased from anonomajewellery.com must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. Once received, we will refund the item(s) from your order in store credit. We do not refund shipping costs. Please view our Shipping and Returns page for more information.

  • To modify or cancel an order, email us at hello@anonomajewellery.com within 48 hours of placing the order. If an order is cancelled beyond the time frame, we are only able to offer a refund in the form of store credit.

    Please note that we are not able to cancel or modify an order once it enters the shipping process.

  • We offer repairs for items purchased through anonomajewellery.com. Please view our Jewellery Care page for more details.

  • We always try to accommodate custom orders. Please email hello@anonomajewellery.com with your inquiry and we will be happy to explore the request with you.

    Custom orders are final sale and have a 30-day turnaround time, depending on the item.
