If you’ve purchased our Ring/Pendant Carving Kit and would like to add a fingerprint or sculptural detail to your ring or pendant using a soft jewelers’ wax, you’ve come to the right place!

Each ball of wax weighs 0.3 grams. And is enough for adding multiple fingerprints and small decorative details.

If you would like to add a stunning sparkle to your creation, you have to option to add a precious or semi-precious gemstone! Once you have finished carving your ring, using your kit’s Sharpie, mark out where you would like the stone set on your wax model, and leave the rest to us! We will create a flush setting in your ring and set the stone for you. This listing is for our semi-precious and precious stone collection. 💎

You can choose between the traditional flush setting and a molten flush setting.

Traditional Flush Setting: This is your traditional flush setting, and features a smooth profile. The surrounding metal is pushed neatly around the edge of the stone to lock it tightly in place.

Molten Flush Setting: This flush setting has an organic, molten quality and features a bit more metal wrapping over the edges of the stone. Precious and semi-precious stones are not cast in place, as most can not withstand the burnout process in the kiln.

Once you have finished carving your ring, using your kit’s Sharpie, mark out where you would like your stone set on your wax model, and leave the rest to us! We will create a flush setting in your ring and set the stone for you.

This listing is for setting a stone you already own. Please get in touch via email before purchasing.

You can select from round, oval, square, baguette, marquise and pear. Each is priced based on the complexity of the setting. This listing includes carving a flush setting and setting the stone after casting.

This is an add on for gold plating silver pieces. Gold Vermeil is a heavy gold plating of at least 2.5 microns. For rings we plate between 3-4 microns depending on the size. All of our gold plating is done by our award-winning plater in London's iconic jewellery quarter, Hatton Garden.

This is an add on for rings and pendants. Rings are limited to 12 characters inside the band. Initials on the outside of a ring or pendant are limited to 3 characters. Please get in touch for additional characters. All of our engraving is done in London's iconic jewellery quarter, Hatton Garden.
