Please read below for all information regarding our shop, shipping and returns policies.

By making a purchase from Anonoma Jewellery, you are accepting an agreement to comply with these terms and conditions.  It is important that the below information has been read and understood before making a purchase.

 
  • We typically ship orders from our studio twice a week. All jewellery comes packaged in paper jewelry boxes and natural cotton bags. Items are shipped in paper padded mailers made from recycled content. All packaging is recyclable when you are ready to discard.

    Orders include a tracking number and delivery confirmation, which is sent to you as soon as your order is processed and ready to be mailed.

    Expected UK delivery time is 1-3 business days after your package has been mailed. For international orders, shipping time varies, but may take 2-4 weeks, depending on location. We ship to the shipping address provided by you. We are not responsible for lost or missing orders due to an incorrect shipping address provided.

    All orders in the UK are sent via The Royal Mail w/ Signature. * Express Mail, Overnight Shipping, International Tracking & Delivery w/ a Signature are available for a fee.

    Buyer is responsible for any import/custom charges. International Signed are recommended for added speed and online tracking.

    Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for delays occurring due to carrier, misstatement of your shipping address, damages that occur during shipment and your destination’s customs.

    Please understand that every item is handmade and usually made to order; we ask that you allow up to 14 working days for production prior to dispatch.

    If you are ordering something as a gift and need it by a certain date please contact me and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

  • We want you to love your Anonoma Jewellery. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us at hello@anonomajewellery.com

    We accept returns if notified within 5 days after you receive your order. You may exchange your items for a different style or size, or receive store credit. Returned items must be in their original, brand new condition, showing no signs of having been worn or used. Returns must be received by Anonoma Jewellery studio within 14 days of return approval, and must include their original, undamaged packaging.

    Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend insuring the return packages and having a trackable number as Anonoma Jewellery does not refund items that are lost or damaged in transit back to our studio.

    Please note shipping costs incurred by Anonoma Jewellery on the initial shipment will also be deducted from the credit, as well as up to a 10% restocking fee if the pieces need re-finishing.

    Please note, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for made to order pieces or custom sizes.

    All sale items are final. 

    Prices are subject to change based on fluctuations in the metal market. Due to this, all coupon codes and specials are valid only during time of sale.

    If you are hesitant and have any questions, please contact us by email. We’ll get back to you right away and ease your mind. We also recommend that you confirm the appropriate size for rings prior to placing your order online.

    We are able to resize most rings, but this will incur an additional cost for shipping and gold plating for 18k gold vermeil jewellery.

    Each piece is crafted with it's wearer in mind, therefore our customer's happiness is at the forefront of priority for us. It is our personal hope to see that each piece goes on to find a lovely home, that it becomes a memory, shares memories, and may even help it's wearer to see the beauty that shines from the inside and out.
